Replacement of assigned ribbons has not been successfully documented.
INSTRUMENT ASSIGNMENT PROGRAM
The majority of applicants do not complete registration. Applicants who complete registration cannot reverse assignment status.

- Assignment status is permanent.
- Consequences of instrument failure remain under study.
- Assignment cannot be revoked. No exceptions
